A Century of Service. Giving for Good.

Discretionary Endowment Funds

Discretionary endowment funds are created by visionary philanthropists who wish to provide for the community beyond their own lifetimes. These endowed funds will enable future generations to address community needs with the benefit of carrying on the family name. This type of fund is their insurance that their generosity will remain relevant. Future Community Foundation boards and staff—who have a tradition of excellence to stand on—will make grants in their name in perpetuity that effectively deal with contemporary problems and address the changing needs of the community across generations.
